Once we receive your return, our dedicated team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our standards. Please allow for 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we understand that convenience is important, so we offer the option for customers to drop off their returns at one of our physical drop-off locations. This way, you can save on shipping fees.
